beacbeac Handbook

Welcome to the beacbeac handbook — a guide for gallery staff and curators running beacbeac day-to-day.

beacbeac is a beacon-based gallery companion. You place small Bluetooth beacons near your artworks, and visitors using the beacbeac app see information, images, and audio descriptions about the artwork nearest them.

This handbook is for the people managing that system: adding artworks, pairing and calibrating beacons, reviewing visitor analytics, and keeping everything running.
