beacbeac Handbook¶
Welcome to the beacbeac handbook — a guide for the organizers and staff running beacbeac day-to-day.
beacbeac is built on a simple idea: every place has stories. You place small Bluetooth beacons around your space — a museum, a park, a trail, a festival, a main street — and visitors using the beacbeac app see information, images, and audio descriptions about the story nearest them.
This handbook is for the people managing that system: adding stories, pairing and calibrating beacons, reviewing visitor analytics, and keeping everything running.
