Dashboard tour

After you sign in, you'll land on the Admin Dashboard — your home base for managing the gallery.

The four management cards

The dashboard is a set of tiles. Tap one to enter that area.

• Manage Content — your artwork records: titles, artists, descriptions, images, AI text. Covered in Artworks.
• Manage Beacons — every beacon paired to your venue, plus pairing and editing tools. Covered in Beacons.
• Manage Users — staff accounts and roles for your venue. Covered in Users & access.
• Statistics — visitor counts, daily views, and most-viewed artworks. Covered in Analytics.

Tiles are role-gated

Not every staff member sees every tile. Staff and Curators see fewer cards than Tenant Admins. If a tile you expect isn't there, check with your administrator — your role may not include that permission. See Users & access for what each role can do.

Switching back to the visitor view

To preview what visitors see, leave the admin area and tap Start exploring on the splash screen. You'll enter the visitor Explore Gallery — see Visitor Gallery.

Logging out

Use the account menu on the dashboard to sign out. The next person to use the device will land on the visitor splash screen and will need credentials to re-enter the admin area.
