Editing an artwork

To change an existing artwork:

1. Open Manage Content from the Admin Dashboard.
2. Tap the artwork you want to change, or open its ⋯ menu and choose Edit.
3. Update any fields, then tap Save.

Changes appear in the visitor app the next time a visitor opens the artwork.

Replacing the image

Each artwork has a single image. To swap it, open the artwork's edit screen and tap the image — you can upload a new file or replace the image URL.

Deleting an artwork

From the artwork's ⋯ menu on the list, choose Delete, then confirm.

Delete is permanent

Deleting removes the artwork record from your venue. If the artwork was linked to a beacon, the beacon stays paired but loses its link — visitors near it won't see anything until you link a different artwork (see Multi-artwork beacons if a beacon has more than one).
